" Keeping Craft Alive"

Group Activities

Taree Craft Centre has group activities where members and the public can come along to meet up and work on the craft they like to do, sharing ideas and supporting each other.

This is a social group for members and non-members who meet at the Craft Cottage each Friday (except the 3rd Friday) to enjoy each other’s company over a cuppa, with lots of chatting and laughter. Bring along some craft to work on, and if you have a project you are struggling with, this is the group who will do their best to assist you. Come at 10 am and stay a couple of hours. The only cost is $1.00 which goes towards a cake for morning tea for this group. All welcome.

Contact Leith Colledge on 0429 068 166 for more details.

This enthusiastic group of ladies meet at the Craft Cottage every Monday morning from 9.30 am to 12 noon. They practice their beautifully intricate craft of Lace Making using small wooden bobbins and lots of pins.

They welcome new members and visitors.                    Inquiries to Judy McNiell on 02 6553 2417
